Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Product Disclaimer

All product images displayed on our website are photographed to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Returns

  • All returns must be raised within 72 hours of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial amount is collected online at the time of placing the order. This amount is non-refundable.

    Reverse Pickup:
  • Reverse pickup or return pickup services are chargeable. A fee of Rs. 100 to Rs. 120 will be applicable per pickup request, depending on the location and logistics partner.
  • Reverse pickup charges are applicable for each pickup request and are non-refundable once the pickup is initiated.
  • The reverse pickup fee may vary based on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
  • Reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
  • In cases where reverse pickup is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the pickup fee will still be applicable.
  • Customers may choose to self-ship the product at their own cost if reverse pickup is not preferred.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.

Return Process

  • Raise a return request by emailing info@culturechaos.in with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.
  • Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 4 – 5 working days.
  • After inspection of the returned product, your exchange will be initiated within 3 – 4 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • No exchanges will be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice; beyond that, the customer must ship the product manually.
  • Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.
  • Any quality or quantity issue must be reported within 24 hours for assistance.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may request a return after delivery.
  • Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a return and processed as per the return policy.
